Priceless His Unfailing Love

My prayer time each morning consists of Psalms and words.  the new or old testament. I often follow a format related closely to the liturgy of the hours. Today Psalm 36 had words of encouragement to me that I made into a prayer.  "Priceless is your unfailing love." PRICELESS.. wow.

PRAISING GOD

To go along with scripture I often sing a hymn. The prayer book I use has hymns but I do not know them. As a member of the silent generation the older hymns have meaning to me. There is a website I use that has the top 100 hymns. This has become my pages to sing from. http://popularhymns.com
It has become a useful page in my spiritual life.

His unfailing love. Something to remember and be thankful for.

Spiritual Journaling

My new book, Spiritual Journaling, is now ready for pre-ordering on Amazon. http://bit.ly/iTYwz8

Morning Prayer

Darkness has faded
Sleep has refreshed us

We thank you
For friends who sustain us
For grandchildren who see life
For the first time

And the joy of trains and masterpieces
And paths that follow
The flowing streams

Have mercy
Hear our prayer
We give thanks.

Waiting

I sit alone

Waiting

For YOU.

Trains

Going to see the trains at Cheekwood.

With grandson Jack and son-in-law Mike.

The memories. Dad and Granddad worked over eight decades on railroad.

I see the old train station, the silent motorcars, the Love that paved the way.
