Nighthawks


One of the most exciting things while visiting Chicago a week ago was going to the Chicago Art Museum. It gave me a chance to see Edward Hopper's Nighthawk,s picture, his most famous picture. It was done in 1942, just after WW2 had begun. All of his pictures have solitude and lots of thoughtfuless about them. I also saw some Georgia O'Keefe and others but this was my favorite. Here are some added details of this picture. Isn't it amazing the influence of one piece of art?
