Grace

"But when we act according to grace, our actions are not ours alone,
they belong to God. If we follow them to their source, we will become
at least potentially capable of an experience of God. For His actions
in us reveal His being in us."

What do my actions reveal to others?

...and his grace in us reveals that He is in us...goodness done has a Source and that Source is God, the Fountain of all that is good...our joy is seeking Him and having been found by Him... It thrills the soul... 'Work in us, O Lord, so that we may be holy and be a reflection of Thy immense goodness. They should say of the just:'Surely they resemble their FATHER.'

...and the grace of God will work in us...all grace-deeds are to His credit...to experience God, even in the smallest way, is to see a good that we have done and KNOW that it is not chiefly OUR work but HIS...

...in any good work, we see the Presence of Him Who inspires us to good...enables us to good...strengthens us in good resolves...pledges his support for us...lifts up the weary and blesses the lowly...

...and God was there...it was a time of deep sorrow....a time of loss...a time when even tears were not enough. I wondered how to get through this awful time...I did not even care to live...BUT God did not leave me without His grace...without His help..without His peace. His loving grace was sure evidence of His most loving Presence. 'Behold, I am with you all days...'

...and His actions in us reveal His Presence in us...How blessed are we that God deigns to walk with us...help us...enlighten our paths. "Be with me, Lord...Most worthy to be adored...Take my hand and lead...My hungry heart do Thou feed...Give me the will for all good...I knew Thy goodness would."

...and the Angel said to her 'Hail, full of grace...' And so we know that God was with her and His grace filled her soul....in her 'yes' to God's plan for her mothering of the Christ, she showed that, indeed, grace was guiding her and giving her the strength she would need in that role........'The Lord is with thee...full of grace...of all women, blessed...your 'yes' made the angels sing......
