Is blogging becoming less important in a digital world? .........i have noticed many bloggers i follow are rarely writing anymore.

Have our lives become so interweaved with trivia that our lives have less meaning, or has the economic slush we are mired in only left us with trival issues that we can live with?

Why do i think reality shows are trash?

Has Lamentations become our Bible book of choice?

Is it possible the conditions in our country are because we have fallen away from the Lord?

Who is a worthy profit for our day?

Why do i eat too much, then regret it?

Is the movie Star Trek a reminder that we want to return to a world we understand?

Why do we use the Bible as a weapon rather than ss a true word from God?

Daniel Carasso, who helped turn yogurt from an obscure ethnic food into an international staple through the Danone brand in Europe and Dannon in the United States, died Sunday at his home in Paris. He was 103.

Who said yogurt is not good for you? Wonder who invented the hamburger and how long they lived?

I sometimes forget this blog. Have been spending more time on twitter and facebook. The importance of the above video is it shows me capabilities I have with my camera/PDA. My interest was tweaked yesterday when I watched parts of the Dayton Hamfest live from W5KUB. Funny how much technology is available.

I have been studying Nag Hammadi recently and the findings of the gnostic scriptures in 1946. Really interesting to me.

Front porch

I use to sit on the front porch a lot. That was before pda's and 200 tv channels. There were only five houses then and i could see for miles. Now there are tens of dozens of houses and a limited vision.

Yes, 26 years changes us. Snoopy and angel and prissy are gone. Cuddles and Aiden are kings of the jungle. Now we have a grandchild not just a small child. The children have been replaced by other children playing different games.

The moon is full tonight. Always a tedious time for those of us with hospital employment.

My rosebush has bloomed. Mother's Day is on the horizon. My mother has been gone for 9 years. She use to make milkshakes for me every morning because i was so small and she thought i would starve. Now, I am overweight and like to eat the wrong things. How did i begin? Time changes us. Really?

Thursday afternoon

Have 3 days off. Hoping the weather is nice. It has rained for days. The temperature is in the eighties. Manny ramirez got suspended for fifty games. There goes another one. He only lost 7 million dollars. Pocket change, right?

At least the braves won last night. Will brett farve remain retired?

Derby

Wasn't the Kentucky Derby Exciting! A 50:1 shot won.
